Varying Name on I-129f Submission documentation - Advice Needed

Hey guys,

Needing some advice/guidance if anyone has experienced this. The beneficiaries uses his middle name in all personal correspondence, with friends, professionally. Always has since birth. However legally his first name is still on all flight receipts, the application etc. I've included that he goes by another name on the I-129f form and also in my circumstances of meeting letter.

Does anyone have similar experiences, do I need for him to include a sworn notarised affidavit that the two names are one and the same person? Just concerned as our messages/call logs etc show his middle name (as that what I call him), but his flight bookings and the official forms where he is listed as the beneficiary show only his first or first and middle name.

Really appreciate anyones input on this as hoping to file in the next few days!
