did you get the response back yet? i did mines today, but the gave me a date.

Thank you for your request

USCIS will review and process the request.

Expect a reply by June 14, 2020

I did get a response. It came from California Service Center. It's a generic response but stated that I should get a determination within 180 days. Now I'm thinking that the case was transferred to CSC. I just submitted another inquiry for missing notice, because if it was transferred then we are actually missing the notice of transfer.

my service center is Potomac, i received the NOA1 in December after that still in process, hopefully my inquiry will trigger something.

as i was reading Potomac Center approving the case quickly now!

Good luck

Is the notice available on line when you login?

Yes the notice was available when I logged in. Notice date is May 11th which was weird because I checked Monday night and it was still saying in process and no update.

At this time, we will get everything ready; I have uploaded everything to the NVC. I will submit both at once.

Even if you upload DS-260 & AOS together for both parents at the same time , how to ensure that the Interview for both parents is done on the same day . Is there any option in DS-260 requesting to club both cases together and fix interview on same  day . Or otherwise what can be done to fix interview on same  day. Please advise . Thanks .

You will need to call the Consulate once both are scheduled for interview and ask them for a joint interview.

Hi Yes I already received the email from NVC. All this is strange because right after I logged into USCIS to just double check things the email from NVC showed up in my email. Its almost like the checked prompt things. I really don't know how to explain that, just weird coincidence.  Keep checking it might be prompting something. Technology these days

As I understand , interview dates are fixed by NVC , so we should contact NVC or Consulate . Will this not delay the process . Therefore,  if we can request in advance , before the fix two separate dates , it could be better . How to do it ?

So May 7 there was a a notice that uscis wanted more evidence for my mom, but the notice never got updated what did they want, error 500 was coming, i log in today and it say notice of evidence cancelled. Does it mean that it was just a mistake from their part and they have all the evidence i guess?

Nvc does not handle the interview appointment. Each consulate handles interviews differently depending on their workload.
