Your father may call the USEM call center to ask if his DS-260 can be re-opened for updates.  If that doesn't work, just prepare a list of DS-260 update requests that your father can present to the document screener at the embassy prior to his interview with the consul officer.

Hello, for those who applied for i130 for parents in Manila… what is the average expected time in between DQ and interview over the past 3-4 months? Thank you.

I’m not sure how long but mine took more than a year

Mine is almost a year still no IL. Mumbai consulate.

My dad got DQed in 8/2021, mom still pending, anticipating her DQed in few weeks. Not expecting IL from mumbai embassy at this point considering significant backlog. Expedite request was made 2 weeks before hoping to get some response on that soon as well.

Both parents DQ’d 04/2021, expedite approved on 10/25, cases sent to MNL on 10/26, no interview schedule still ☹️

 Nothing yet. They are loading interview schedules on cgi website now. I know few from my country that successfully scheduled their interviews. Right now, it shows no available appointments. I tried calling but no luck.

I went ahead and scheduled my parents for medical. They’re cleared. Had two date changed on ceac website (last case updated). Hopefully this is a good sign that they are working on my parents’ cases.

Two years on, how many other folks here are still waiting for their I-130 petitions to be approved?

If so, at which service center / field office is USCIS telling you your case is processing?

 

My receipt date is 1/11/2020 issued by the Texas SC and we are still waiting for NOA2,  having exhausted almost all options with the Outside of Processing Time page, the congressman, etc. Still waiting for the Ombudsperson to reply.

Just an update: I was able to secure an appointment for my parents this morning!!! My embassy opened up more than 50 slots on cgi website. They are going on March 7 for their interview!!!
