I assume you petitioned for your mom.  In that case, you are the sponsor and your husband is your household member, not the co-sponsor.  The I-864A form must be signed by both the sponsor (on page 4) and the sponsor's household member (on page 5).

Did you submit your mom's recent NBI clearance?  That's the only acceptable police certificate from the Philippines.

Yes I figured my mistakes on I-864a, got confued on sponsor and household member part. Got that corrected and re-submitted.  Just submitted the NBI clearance, glad my mom was able to get that too.  I should have look at the information about that, I wonder why they need Police Certificate than NBI.  Thank you!

Hello!

My father had interview on July 22, 2021 in Jerusalem (process started Feb 11, 2020). But there was one issue. Maybe someone had experience getting a FOREIGN police certificate. My father was asked by immigration officer to bring a FOREIGN police certificate from Togo, Kenya. He used to work in Africa for 5 years, he is not African citizen. He is Israeli citizen and his interview is in Jerusalem.
My question is how does he get a FOREIGN certificate from Togo, Kenya? He stopped working in Africa 2 years ago. Maybe someone had the same issue? Thank you!! Any advice would be helpful!

Your father will need to contact the Embassy of Kenya in Israel to get a police clearance certificate from Kenya.  More info here -- https://www.cid.go.ke/index.php/services/police-clearance-certificate.html

thank you! it does say 2 years on the site you linked, but for some reason the MTL consulate site below still says one year. i assume the site below isnt updated

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MTL-Montreal.html#med_exam_instructions

Also the above site says i need to bring all the documentation in person but the ontario doctors now state that they will send it to consulate directly.
