Hi! I applied April of last year and submitted all required documents on January 12,2021 and just two days ago I got an RFE. I submitted the what they asked the same day and I am waiting for an update now.

hi @ljmp_10 they asked me for my PSA Birth certificate.  I made a mistake of uploading the old NSO copy .They also asked a cleared copy of my moms birth certificate. Also my 2019 & 2020 W2's.

I uploaded NSO copy too since I do not have the PSA version yet. I'll probably have to look into it.

I think you do. Due to holiday and lockdown in Manila it took a while for my PSA birth certificate to be delivered as well as my parents NBI clearances so I uploaded the NSO while waiting for it. I know for sure that I will get an RFE because of it but yes better to look in to it. You should have an update to your case in a week or two.

Luckily my parents got my PSA copy last week so I will upload it tonight. Just curious, when did you submit all documents prior to RFE?

I tried to upload it but could not find a way to do it so I just waited. I uploaded the documents few hours after the RFE.
