Does anyone knows how long does it take for NVC to respond after uploading these documents? I uploaded Civil Documents and AOS. Both categories are showing “submitted”.

I have uploaded mine on the 4th of this month and they have not asked or send even a confirmation that they got all the documents.

My dad got qualified on july 15,2020 and im still waiting for his interview schedule until now. Does anyone in here got the interview schedule already?

Hello everyone, Please help I am so confused and frustrated. I applied for both my parents on 23 Nov 2019 and got the NOA on 24 Nov and it said it’s in Texas center. My dad’s case approved on 22nd of April 2020. (He is in line for interview) but my mum’s case still pending. It was under review for long time then around October 2020 it got charged to “we have received...” since then no change or update. I called USCIS and they said it’s transferred to California (didn’t receive any notice or email) I don’t know what to do at this point. Anyone has an idea? Thank you everyone and congratulations to those who got approvals.

Does the recent Proclamation of Pres Biden effective January 26, 2021 mean the travel ban has been lifted except for the countries Schengen Area, the United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories outside of Europe), the Republic of Ireland, the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the Republic of South Africa?

More  details in the link . I think it is affecting the IR5, I called multiple times to NVC they said everything looks good its the embassy who is not scheduling. Maybe I am wrong too. I cannot think of any other reason why it is taking long for the embassy to schedule.
