Hi  my waiver and 485 finally is approved waiting for the card in mail

So happy for you! Are you in the USA? My waiver just went over the processing time. I see yours took a year to be approved so I’m guessing I have 3 more months to go. Congrats again

Thank you! Am am a US citizen but the waiver was for my spouse whose in Yemen. The situation in Yemen has been dangerous for the past 5 years so I guess that played a role in the waiver.

Hello and congratulations on getting your approval! May I ask what you needed to file your waiver for? I filed in December 2019 and am still waiting nervously.
