Name question I-129F

Hello everyone,

 

 I am in the process of completing my K1 application and would like to get some input from the community.

 

I have 2 last name - On my passport they’re written completely as Aron Jimenez Guzman (made up name) but on other documents Such as Tax transcripts, Bank letter, Work verification letter I only go with my first last name Aron Jimenez. Some documents have both and others don’t.
 

Would this be an issue when submitting my K-1 application or should I list my short name (Aron Jimenez) as part of question 7a “Other names used”?

Rule of thumb is use your full name as shown on your passport. It's your full official name, there's no "other name" in this situation.

Full name on passport, its fine if others dont match, just go with passport. if i remember right, they do ask if you went by another name, maybe just mention that.
