I-751 March 2020 Filers

We mailed our package vis UPS on Wednesday the 18.  It was delivered on Friday morning to Texas!! But still haven't gotten confirmation from USCIS.

Mailed my packet on March 12th, got delivered in Dallas on March 20th, and today March 24th I check on my amex that USCIS charged the fee to my credit car. still have not received any kind of notice by immigration but I am happy that my card was charged and that I will not get a rejection of my expired form (I guess/hope)

by the way i tweeted USCIS informing them about those rejections, hopefully they will inform the first line people getting the forms over there not to reject them.

Just in case this help someone. Yesterday I talked to a uscis representative. He seemed to know the issue, he apologized and he told me to go ahead and resend my file, fill a new I-751 but also resend my old one as well. He said to take screenshots from the uscis website to prove that this is the newest edition that exists there. I also wrote a cover letter explaining all he said. For the money checks he advised me to send the same ones, cause they shouldnt be checked from them since they didnt move forward with my case. Also my bank says that its hard to track if they were cashed, but they also advised me to go ahead and use them.

March 19, 2020 - Received at USCIS

March 24, 2020 - Saw that there is a pending charge for the USCIS fee on my credit card

 

I am heaving a sigh of relief especially after seeing that some of your submissions were returned due to an outdated form.  Wishing you the best and hope you won't have any (none of your fault) glitches this time.

Hey everyone! So relieved to see that USCIS have recognized this error and are now processing applications as normal. I've received no receipt notice text/email though I requested one, but I saw that our check was cashed today, woohoooooo! When I receive my notice in the mail I'll update here to confirm where my application will be processed.

My window opened at the beginning of this month but I've been waiting for my tax returns transcripts for this year to show up in the IRS portal so I can print and include it in my package. I'm hurrying it up right now because with everything going on, I'm afraid the USCIS office in Texas might close or stop sending NOA letters out. We are really in an unprecedented time.

I havent included my last tax return as there are some issues with my wifes w2s. You are right though with all thats going on it would be good if you just go ahead and send it. I have the same thoughts that they might close or stop sending NOA letters out. I guess we ll have to wait and see. Its a stressful situation and time in all aspects!

For some reason I'm not able to edit this post so just confirming I received my receipt text from USCIS today and my case number begins with MSC which I believe is the National Benefits Center

I sent our IRS tax transcripts for 2017 and 2018, and the entire tax return for 2019 as I couldn't wait.  I hope that's okay!

Hi there, can someone have the same case as mine? I got an update saying that my case is being transferred to a local office. That was from Nebraska service center for my I-751 application. What does it mean? I have been thinking about it. Can someone give me an idea please .. Thank you!
