This is really bizarre. A lot of people have noticed that they have not published anything later than the form on their website.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Omg how frustrating :( Have you contacted USCIS, what did they say? I'm still waiting for my receipt notice so am worried my packet will have the same outcome. I've looked everywhere and can not find a newer edition of the I-751 form other than what's on their website anywhere.

I just saw the package in the mail today. I am gonna call them Monday morning but this is kinda ridiculous. There is no newer form in the website! What concerns me also is that they stamped my money orders. I dont know what that means. I am already charged by my bank for them. Does that mean I cant use them? We have to go to all this trouble now for nothing. So frustrating!!!

Hi everyone!

We are going to send off our ROC packet on Monday, the 23rd. We have a lot of evidence to send in, we are just worried that people are getting rejected for having the form that is on the website. What we plan to do is print out the page from the USCIS website saying that there is no newer form and we can use the expired form until a new one is released.

What do you guys think? It's a scary thing, sending in so much information and the potential of being rejected for their mistake!

ROC packet sent 3/19/20

Arrived at P.O. Box 03/20/20 10:31am or 2:28pm or 4:41pm according to USPS tracking

Picked up and signed for 03/23/20

I'm so glad I paid for the next day before noon delivery only for it to sit all weekend. 3 different available for pickup times listed so i'll call them and see if I can enact the money back guarantee but I'm sure they'll say the first time counts or that its not applicable to P.O. boxes or something.

Now begins the waiting game to see when my credit card gets charged or if I get an out of date form return......

giorgis - I'm truly sorry to hear this happened to you. Based on your experience, I'm planning to send a personal check instead just in case they return it for this form issue, I will have more control over how my bank treats the check.

I'm also planning to print the page below and include it along with a note in the cover letter.

I sent in our 3rd I751 today. I sent it overnight through the Post Office for about $27.00. This seemed too good to be true so I verified, postal clerk swears it's correct and the receiver will sign for the package even going to a P.O. Box. I didn't send to the drop box because this was a re-submission.  I used UPS before and spent at least $60.00 for two or three day delivery so I was impressed with the USPS rates.

Good luck! Did you contain anything in your packet to reinforce the fact that the I-751 you used IS the currently available one? Crazy that packets are getting rejected for this reason. Also, is there any reason why you didn't send to the drop box as it's a resubmission? If I need to resubmit mine, just want to be sure I'm following protocol and sending to the right place.

Woah that is crazy. Personally I always preferred USPS to UPS or FedEx. Especially after living in Miami, I lost any trust to these companies. But I was impressed with USPS, even though back in 2017 a post officer did not deliver my EAD card and I had to wait for 6 month to have it re-delivered to me. Craaaa-zy. I have sent mine on 16th and it was picked up on 18th. Only paid $10. I just have one question, when you re-submit your packet, do they provide any sort of instructions or address to mail it to?

I actually called on Friday and was asking about rejections due to outdated form. A lady I spoke to said that usually that is not a common thing and she couldn’t find an explanation to what and why it is happening. So I truly think some officers need some training to attend 🤷🏻‍♀️
