I think it would not matter because it would not change the checkmark for the I751, divorced or not I am requesting ROC due to abuse, and with this waiver you can be either married or divorced. Or at least that's what i think.

I am sitting in the same boat. March filer! We are going to file on March 14 or 16.
And yes the Form is expired. If I remember that correct, there was another Form that was expired and we still had to use it. Why do they put a firm deadline on the Forms and don't update them before they expire? It gives me just a big headache..

did you applied in march 2020 for i751?did you get biometric yet or no?

Hi everyone, my case was received March 30th, 2020 and I recently got an update that it was approved on Aug 12. Should be getting my approval notice by Aug 27!

Did you receive your letter yet? Forgot to post that  I received it on 17th. Also did your status changed to sent to production?

Congratulations! Which service Center are you? My guess is not Potomac lol.

Than you. I am not sure I usually have my interviews in Oklahoma City but I always mail my forms to the Kansas location.

Congrats ❤❤

The first 3 letters of your case number tell you what center is processing your case. Mine is YSC which stands for Potamac Service Center. What are your letters?

I’m YSC also. I haven’t seen any movement on cases from there yet. I know there’s a brand new building which is where they are putting all MD officers. I’m not sure if that move could be a reason why there’s no action on cases, or just because they’re not the fastest Center for processing.

Either way I stopped getting excited about updates and expect no more movement until 2021 on my case. Fingerprints were accepted on May 13 which was a nice little bonus.

03/13/2020 - Package mailed via USPS

03/14/2020 - Package delivered

03/18/2020 - Text message with receipt number received . Goes to MSC - National Benefits Center. Will receive Form I-797 via mail.

03/19/2020 - Check was cashed

03/21/2020 - Received Form I-797 in the mail.

Since then nothing moved. I called USCIS yesterday and after 40 min of waiting, finally i talked with a lady that all she was saying was to go on the website and use the tools :)) She could only say that if i don't get a biometrics appointment in 90 days after the local office was opened again after it was closed because of Covid, then i should call...i think we should attend a PTSD group after all this...anyone has any other news on MSC cases?

You should have asked to speak with a Tier 2 officer. The information specialist just read off generic script in front of them. I would suggest you don't wait for 90 days before contacting USCIS tier 2 officer, you have to take the bull by the horn when it comes to USCIS.....instead of attending a PTSD group meeting...(lol)

Well thanks but I’m actually thinking about just staying as a resident. Maybe I’ll change my mind later but US citizenship right now is not the best option:(
