Thanks again for your reply, but your package seems to be thick, mine is about an inch and quarter thick,is it going to fit in a normal envelope? excuse my questions if it looks rather asking the obvious :)

I used a Medium Flat Rate Priority Mail Box from USPS. I made the papers into three sets of papers and put it all into a large envelope and put it in this box. It fit perfectly.

It was $17 with signature confirmation from Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX.

We sent our packet on the 30th, but received it back today because I used an old edition form, oops. All of the pages that they sent back have a stamp thing on the very bottom. Do I need to reprint everything? or can I just replace the form and send my first packet?

I used one from 2017, not sure how I managed to do that. The expiration date is the same, which I think is what I was looking at...

This is the latest (but technically expired edition) : https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-751.pdf

Was this the version you used? Edition should say 12/09/19 at the bottom.

Yes, I have the proper edition of the form done now, but my question is, can I use the same packet of evidence even though USCIS printed some sort of code on the bottom of each page?

Can you try calling their helpline? I would imagine that stamp is a sort of "received on" just in case it becomes separated. Is the stamp the same for each page? Different? What does it say?

It's the exact same for each page. It has a whole bunch of numbers that I can't tell the meaning of, but then at the end it has a time and date stamp and I-751-more numbers. In addition to the rejection letter, there's a green paper that says I should put the green paper on top of my new filing package. I assume that means I need to re-print all my evidence since it says new?

I have no idea - I think you should look through this forum for ideas. Or call their helpline.

Since they receive a bunch of different kinds of applications, this is probably like a read receipt.

My package got sent back because I filed 3 days early, however I made no changes to the file because all the pages were stamped. All I did was to put the green paper back on top and resend the package this morning. So I think you should fill the new form and resend the package.

Hi

best of luck! I sent pictures from Our wedding day onwards. All put into one Word document and I labelled each one with the occasion, location and names of people on the picture.

I had an RFE in the past For insufficient evidence, but not this time 🙂

Thanks for the help. I included as much pictures as I had either of us and my family.
