Excuse me, I also used the paper format to apply for I-130, but I didn't see any documents I mentioned in USCIS.
How did you see the document after receiving NOA1?

Sorry, which document are you referring to...?

When I applied for I-130, I sent a notarized marriage certificate together with a paper application for I-130 to USCIS.

And which document are you wanting to see..? Sorry I don't quite understand the question. And have you received your NOA-1 in the mail?

I mean those documents that I sent with me when I sent the I-130 application (see below)

I thought that all documents that I had sent in the USCIS would be made into a PDF by the USCIS so that I could see them.

1 / Birth certificate of complainant and beneficiary

2 / sponsors and beneficiaries

3/ The marriage certificate of the claimant and beneficiary

4 / Complainant and beneficiary police certificate

5 / Sponsor's Citizenship Certificate (passport resume)

6 / Financial certification of applicant and beneficiary (bank finance)

Oh I don’t see all of mine uploaded either, and I think someone else mentioned that earlier on this thread as well. I only see a small portion of my documents - 25 pages long, titled “part-6”. If I remember correctly those pages were at the bottom of my application bundle, so my guess is that uscis only uploads the last part of your paper application. Not sure why. It might just be cumbersome for them to upload hundreds of scanned pages to our account - we already know what they were anyways.

I have a feeling we will get an RFE. We didn't submit the police certificates with our i30, thinking that comes at the NVC stage. :(

We didn’t either. My lawyer said not to since they expire in six months. I assume it’s ok to wait until noa2

Police certificates are not required nor do they help to send with the I130. Don’t worry about that. You won’t get an RFE. Your initial thought is right, police certificates are only needed at and only used at NVC

Hi, I had the EXACT same thing happen . I freaked out a bit but after doing some ready I agree that it might be due to how much they would have to upload to electronic form. Hopefully they do not try and state forms or proof of Bona fide relationship were missing based off of what they chose to upload.

Did anyone else have their "estimated waiting timeline for I130" just jump by a serious amount of time? My orginal estimated time was Aug 15 2020 , now it's January 18th, 2021.

What's going on?

The dates I estimated in VJ have also changed from July to August 21, so I can only leave these date changes to pray to the Lord.
