I feel you!! My parents haven’t even met my husband in person because he can’t get a visa to come here and it’s not easy to get them down to where he lives. We decided to just do it anyways. I too feel the pressure of not getting any younger and needing to start a family. Sending good vibes your way.

Thank you! At least we can have a good vent here. Right back at you with the good vibes! It'll all be worth it in the end. How exciting will it be when they all finally meet?!

Yeah, I heard about it taking a lot longer to start working with the K1 (he is the petitioner by the way). But the reality of waiting another 1+ year to be together is really heartbreaking. We have been together for around a decade now and only just got married after finally meeting eachother's families etc. We aren't getting any younger and just want to start a family of our own.

Ah well. More time to save up and prepare ourselves, I suppose.

I feel you two too! It really is unnerving when you file and think it's done, but actually have to prepare for the long wait when all you want to do is to reunite finally.. let's support each other and try and look at the positive side! Sending you all also good and "we can do it" vibes!

I still have not received my NOA 1 after 33 days now, they cashed check on January 7th, it was snail mailed in and it says it is in the E-filing processing center, how does that happen when mailed to a lockbox?

Also, I just went to myUSCIS account to check it. It shows a large upload file under "Doucments" > "Your uploads" with by IOE number, some other numbers and a -part 4. I downloaded it to see what it was (since I didn't upload it). It is just 25 of the pages I sent of travel evidence, but that isn't even all of it, nor is the rest of my packet that I submitted with the I-130 there. Anyone else have something like this? It makes me nervous that they don't have all the correct information uploaded to my account.

Hi there, our application is in the same situation. Filed in paper format, and when I checked online it only showed a 25-page scan of our evidences, which is not even close to everything we submitted. My guess is that that's the maximum number of pages they're willing (?) to show us online, and we shouldn't read too much into it just yet... I'm trying to trust the process more but it's just so hard! Haha..

Update on our case:

01/27/2020: I-130 petition package (paper format) delivered to Phoenix Lockbox, via USPS

02/03/2020: USCIS cashed our fee payment (personal check)

02/03/2020: Received text receipt with IOE#

02/09/2020: Received Form I-797C (NOA1) in the mail, got assigned to Texas Service Center

And now we wait...and hope we won't get an RFE.

Just curious - if you haven't received your NOA1, how does your profile already say that your location is California Service Center..? And are you filing for a K-1 visa (as stated on your profile on the side) or an IR-1/CR-1?

I filed K1 over 2 years ago for her but there was medical issues so we let it expire and went the marriage route this time filing CR1 I have not received NOA1 yet for cr1 with service center listed, have not changed it from when I did K1.

They are all uploaded online and are initially processed via e-filing and have an IOE starting case number. You should have received your NOA1 by now. I would contact them. Some people see an online copy of their NOA1 online via documents. Try making an online USCIS account with the case number.

I have made a online account but can not access the 2 documents listed there in the Tif format

From what many others have reported the electronic receipt is viewable online. Your best bet is to try and contact them. You should have received some sort of notice by now.

Excuse me, I also used the paper format to apply for I-130, but I didn't see any documents I mentioned in USCIS.
How did you see the document after receiving NOA1?
