Hi All,

I got the good news today. My I-130 is approved today 8/12/2020. My case is approved exactly 6 months and 8 days, it was originally from TSC then it was moved to NSC without giving me any notice. My case was touched 4-5 times even one was 8/11/2020. I am really happy that my case got approved before the processing time for NSC

I wish all of you the best of luck and will get the good new as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!

My I-130 was approved today on August 19, 2020.
I did not receive any E-MAIL notification. My case was moved only once on August 7th.
(Good luck everyone, and will receive good news as soon as possible!)

Is the next step to wait for NVC's notification?

Anyone at Potomac? My PD is Jan 10th and I haven't heard anything 😓 original approval estimate was June, and now it's November. Wish my case could have been transferred to Nebraska 😂 I wonder why some January Potomac cases were approved in April/may... The way this system works is very strange.
