I am in the process of filing out the I-485 and G 325a

for my fiancee who is now my wife, I would like to know if when asked to fill in the family name, should it be her maiden name or her married name for forms G-325a and I-485

thanks

steve

My quick and uneducated guess would be in her married name - unless she kept her maiden name as a lot of women do (I changed my lovely sounding Spanish double last name for B's German one for 1,436457,858,8000 reasons; but that's moi). Sure other folks will have more advise on this one.- Isn't there a space in the form for "other names" kind of thing?

L.
