Hi all, I entered the US on Dec the 21st and I-m waiting to get the SSN and green card.

I just entered into my uscis account and it says "In process"

But then I decided to check my profile and my Mailing address and physical address are blank.
Do they get the addres for mailing the GC from the profile? Should I update it? I'm not sure about editing it because it says "Updating your contact information in your online account profile is the first step. Please submit Form AR-11 to complete the process"

Thanks in advance

if you have a change of address you should file AR -11 https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange.

No they dont use the address from your profile

Great. I didn't change my address. I was worried that if it didn't show up in my profile they would have problems sending it.

by law you are supposed to update address.

I never changed address. I had only one address in the US and its the current one. But for some reason, it is not showing on my USCIS profile. (Maybe I didn't want to put it there because at the time I created the account I wasn't in the US yet).

I'm gonna put it in the USCIS account once I get the green card. I don't want to delay the process.
