I highly recommend you check the processing time for your local office for the N400.  I applied for the I751 in September 2017 and N400 in September 2018. Both cases are still pending. My local office is Seattle, WA.

I got my conditional Green card on April 2017 and expires on April 2019 and I have my 18months extension letter... Am I eligible for citizenship..????

Depending on the date in April, yes, you can file the N400 sometime in January 2020.  One word of caution, if filing online, do not file exactly on the date the 90 day window opens, wait a day or two as this has caused a headache for at least one member with the online dates showing they filed one day early which is a big no no.

Hi I'm new here... I wanna apply for citizenship for being married 3 years to US citizen spouse.. but my i751 is still in pending..I have some questions

Q#1

does my pending i751 application affect on my citizenship application???

and I have some confusion in form N 400.. I m living in USA since 2017 before that i used to live in Pakistan( my Birth Country)...

That is hard to say since the N400 is handled by the USCIS local office instead of the large service centers.  In theory, if the N400 is filed with a pending I751, the files should eventually be combined at the local office, this usually happens, but there have been some stories where it did not.  Anyway, I always recommend filing the N400 when the window opens if that is the ultimate plan.  The I751 and the N400 are separate processing clocks, so there really is no reason to not get the N400 clock started.  I posted a link to a thread that may be of interest to you below.  A lot of folks file for the N400 with a pending I751.

Q#2

In Part 5 of the form N-400 it asking for All addresses of last five year.. since I came in USA I resided in two addresses do I have to write just USA address or i also have to write my home country address too.???..

I understand this may be a little confusing since the form is more geared toward the 5 year rule filers, but when my wife filled this in, she did include all her addresses she lived in the last five years which were two, her current US address, and her previous address in her home country.

Q#3

In part 8 of N-400 it asking for 5year work and educational history.. since I came here I never worked and not take any education.. so do I have to write just USA work and educational history or I have to put my home country work and educational history too..?

In our case, we also included everything in the last five years.  In my wife's case, she actually left her job in her foreign country just outside of the 5 year window, but she had gone to classes and worked a couple of jobs since getting her GC, so we listed all of those.

Q#4

In Part 9 asking for trips and spending days outside the USA last five year.. since I came here I didn't spend any day and never went to anywhere outside the USA.. what I have to write here...

If you did not take any trips outside of the US (including Mexico or Canada), then you don't have to fill anything out here.
