Am sure it will soon change again because mine changed few hours back to issued

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

There is a similar case from Colombia, the aplicant had the interview, apparently everything was good, the interview was 4 weeks ago, the status on CEAC still Ready, no change, nothing, zero, nada, cero. She has no clue on what is happening, even when calling the agents have told her that she should've her visa by now. Strange situation.

It's not unusual for ppl from Nigeria have experienced long wait times from interview till approval. You are on the right course and everything is normal. No need to be calling. When it's ready it's ready. You can't hurry this process along. I will bet when you do call, because I know you won't listen to me, they will not give you anything different.
