My fiancé is from Latin America and she has a clean record with no criminal history or convictions. However, her father was convicted and served 2 or 3 years for a crime (non-violent crime).  He was released for time served in 2018.

Would the above make my fiancé ineligible to be considered for a K-1 Visa to come to the United States from Latin America? Or would It slow the process down?  I am a U.S. Citizen and have ZERO criminal convictions.

Not relevant, Daddy does not come as well.

Nope, your petitioning for your fiance and your fiance only, who happens to have no criminal records under her belt thankfully. So she's the only one who gets the check on all that jazz.

Well, technically for some convictions a son, spouse, daughter of certain criminals be may found inadmissible. See 212(a)(2)(C)(ii) as an example where family members of drug traffickers may be found inadmissible. However, assuming that the father of the beneficiary is not convicted under any such type of crime (or any other that's listed), the father's criminal history has no effect on the beneficiary's PCC.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.
