Hello,

 

I have a couple of questions about Form I-130A.

 

#1) It says my wife doesn't need to sign the form because she lives outside the United States, but is it this section right here where she doesn't have to sign (Please see image below). Wouldn't it be better if she signs even though she doesn't have to?

#2) My wife had a lot of jobs (not in the US) over the years. Does she also need to list even the jobs that only last 1 month?

 

#3) Continuing from the my second question, she needs to add additional jobs in page 6, is this the correct way to do it? Also, please not that I erased her name :-)
