I am sorry to hear all of this and I hope everything worked out at the end.

I just have a question regarding the DS3025.  I have all the vaccinations required, except Influenza (when I did the medical it was already flu season). Influenza has been waived and marked as C (contraindicated) because I have an autoimmune disease and the civil surgeon preferred not to give me any shots. My question is: will this vaccine waived and marked as C constitute a problem during the AOS interview?

You need to check if the form is marked complete. If it is, that's all that matters.

He checked "other" and wrote the name of my disease.

So you shouldn't need anything else.

If the vaccination sheet is marked complete, you complied with the requirements.
