I need this 2 vaccinations as an adult, however the GP informed that those are not cover under the NHS. The pharmacist told me he is not license to perfom these vaccinations. Where could I go to have this done? And another question how soon can I travel again after arriving in the USA, I need to attend a wedding in June.

Make sure you have a record of having a shot covering Tetanus and diphtheria (Td) dated within the last 10 years. Many overlook that date requirement. In the U.K, they give a drug called Revaxis to cover Tetanus and diphtheria. It has polio in it too, but that doesn't matter as long as you cover the T and d parts. Polio is your bonus whether you need it or not.

At any GP or Vaccination clinic... if they’re not covered b NHS you might have to pay for the prescriptions... still cheaper than immigration medical officer doing it

Do the blood test for titers to prove immunity and bring it to your medical exam if you don’t have proof of shots or records of infections you had.

To be honest, I wouldn't recommend doing this in the UK - the blood test would have to be done and paid for privately as the NHS wouldn't cover it - and I don't think there'd be any value in getting it...if the OP knows he's not had the MMR jab, then he'll definitely need to have them (x 2)...and if he's had chicken pox, Knightsbridge don't ask for proof, they take your word.

And yes, most definitely get them done before you leave that medical exam - you want your vaccination sheet fully signed off when you leave.

As a side note, the doctors/nurses at Knightsbridge consistently tell people that it's ok, you can get the vaccinations in the US when you move...when they said it to me, I told them that yes, you can, but it costs hundreds of dollars generally, as you have to be assessed and signed off again and I recommended that they stop advising people to get them done after emigration...bet they still do though! 😡

You have to. You can't get a spouse visa without completing vaccinations. It's Fiancé visas that sometimes put them off and end up with all kinds of hassle and expense in the US.

Here’s the chart from the Technical Instructions for Panel Physicians.  https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/panel/vaccination-panel-technical-instructions.html#tbl1

See the part that says “boost every 10 years”. If you haven’t had the Td booster within 10 years, your immunizations are not up to date. It’s the tetanus part that expires.
