Thanks!

I will bring IRS TAX TRANSCRIPTS (we do Joint tax return) + Mortgage statement.

Proof of residency: Driver licenses + bills + school records of our daughters

ABOUT the "Travel Documents": sorry, if I understood, do you think is it enough if we bring Passports + Green Card + copy of old Visas?

(Sure I have to create my timeline! I am new here!).

Thanks.

I had my I-94 when I went to my interview along with may passports (old and renewed ones) but the IO only checked my trips from old and renewed passports, better to bring i-94 because you dont know what the IO will ask during interview.

Thanks for your advice!

I will bring the copy of my last I94. The previous I94 they took off when you travel....

Anyway I think that they should check the last 5yrs of "travel history" from my passport.

I am permanent resident since 2012.

Thanks again.

As a LPR Customs and Border Protection won't issue a new I-94 when you enter the country. So your I-94 is probably 5 years old or more (last time u entered the country before receiving the GC)

I think the travel documents refers to Passport, Greencard, Advance Parole, Refugee travel document etc. I think you will be fine. Just bring what you have.

You need the passport that had the visa you used to enter the country on at the start of your process. Contrary to @Mollie09, my interviewer looked at both the passports that I used from (permanent) entry to interview.

This happened with me as well, they needed to see the passport I used when immigrating with the immigrant visa inside. Canada doesn't usually send back old passports, so if I didn't happen to have it I'm not sure what would've happened.

Hi, I just realized that the I-94 form is different from the I-94 Record that some people mentioned. The last one should be a list of "travel history" and can be done online (5yrs)... What I don't understand is if the record is available also for GC holder or just for Non-immigrant. Do you know something about this? Thanks

Oh interesting. I didn't have an immigrant visa so maybe that's why?

Supposedly only for non immigrant but it had all my entry and exit dates, on both my passports throughout my time as LPR

Possibly, the CO wanted to see from that visa through all travel till the interview.

I see. You want the travel history.

That would be useful to show that you have met the residency requirement at the time of the interview. (For how long you were out of the country). It is not necessary I guess you can use boarding passes or bookings to show your out of country dates

It is basically a record by CBP with your exit and entry dates. It is based on your passport number so it is available for visitors and GC holders too. You can download it from here.

If you have more than one passport number try both passport numbers to get the full history...
