20 years ago it was common for the big companies to bring in IT staff as visitors in the UK, 10 in a house and circulate them, I assume they did the same in the US. Both have been cracked down on.

Cuts both ways too. As a USC/IT worker, I used to go abroad for several weeks at a time, multiple times a year without a work visa. On one project, 12 years ago in South Africa, my company was finally ready to apply for a work visa for me but then the project completed on time and I didn't need to go on another trip. The word was that the company's local office told HQ they better get me a work visa, or else.

There is no law immigration or otherwise that says she can’t get married in the us whilst on a tourist visa.. no need to be so mean about it.. I’m sure she’s devastated enough..

People do get upset when we see tourist visa abuse, because it directly impacts others from those countries who have legitimate tourist intentions.

He was just here on February 2 to 10, 2019 and December 25, 2019 to January 3, 2020. And met my family and friends recently. I don't know what to do now if ever they revoked my B1/B2 which I plan to use on June 2020 to finally get married either in New Hampshire or Maine by the water. 😭💔

Get a K1. It will allow you to do the thing you planned to do anyway (though it may mess up the timing).

He petitions you for the K1.  You marry by the water in the US a bit later than planned.

or

He travels to visit you and you get married in your home country (or elsewhere---just not in the US).

He then files the CR-1 spouse visa.

Later on have a big wedding reception in New Hampshire or Maine by the water (if the idea was to involve his friends/family) after you are able to enter the US.

The good news if you do the CR-1---your family/friends from your home country can attend the actual wedding, which is a heck of a lot easier than trying to figure out tourist visas for themselves to the US later on.

Many people find the CR-1 to be superior...

Every couple has their own priorities, and each couple must decide which visa is better for their situation.

K-1
Slightly faster arrival in the US
    More expensive than CR-1
Requires Adjustment of Status after marriage (expensive and requires a lot of paperwork)
Spouse can not leave the US until she/he receives approved Advance Parole (approx 5-6 months)
Spouse can not work until she/he receives EAD (approx 5-6 months)
Some people have had problems with driver licenses, Social Security cards, leases, bank account during this period
Spouse will not receive Green Card for many months after Adjustment of Status is filed.

CR-1
Slightly slower arrival in the US

    Less expensive than K-1
    No Adjustment of Status(I-485, I-131, I-765) required.
Spouse can immediately travel outside the US
Spouse is authorized to work immediately upon arrival.
Spouse receives Social Security Card and Green Card within 2 or 3 weeks after entering the US
Opening a bank account, getting a driver's license, etc. are very easily accomplished with GC, SS card, and passport.

Spouse has legal permanent Resident status IMMEDIATELY upon entry to US.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I understand this, but the B2 hadn’t been breached (she went home <6mth) and there was no mention of any intention to adjust post marriage..

people shouldn’t get upset when it’s their own assumptions.. for all we know the guy she’s marrying might be thinking about moving to The Philippines... People do do that, it’s a very pretty country and very cheap to live the high life for foreigners.

The embassy likely contacted her because the frequency and duration of her visits has changed her risk level..not necessarily because she’s breached any rules, or abuse of the B2

She was clearly using the B-2 to live in the US, and that is why it was revoked.

Again assumptions... 3 visits with 2 extended stays of 11 months total dosent always mean living.. back-packers do it all the time.. America like Australia is pretty big and has a lot to see, can’t do it all in a couple of months.. now I’m not saying she’s a backpacker but  we shouldn’t assume trying to live either

No mention of back packing.

Perhaps when she visits the embassy as requested they'll be able to enlighten her further, then, as to the reasons why.

It's likely the two extended vacations were at least one factor, and gave the idea of some sort of risk to overstay/using the B to try to reside in the US.  Not too many have the luxury, work or financial ability of taking a 6 month vacation, and then a 5 month vacation with only half a year inbetween...especially if they supposedly have compelling ties to return to their homeland.

Perhaps that gave the embassy pause for concern.

Agreed, I was providing an example only not insinuating..

also agree the extended stays have likely raised eyebrows and concern and most likely the reason for them calling her in..

How do you know that is the reason it was revoked? Do you work for the embassy?

Perhaps not to you, but apparently the department of state has an issue with it.
