In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

A tourist B visa is for short visits to the US, not to live with your fiance for extended periods of time.  SInce you evidently violated the terms of the B visa, it has been revoked.  Your US fiance will have to file a petition for a K-1 for you, or get married outside the US and file for a CR-1 visa to enter the US next time.  You're looking at 8 months to a year or more.  During that time your fiance can visit you.  Good luck!

But I did not overstay. I always go back home before the 6th month and don't go overboard. 😭

This one is  right out of the text book..... you prolly met him on your first trip and you stayed longer on your second visit .Actually you stayed 6 months....nobody stays 6 months away from work or business back at home...even if you owned the business or you on some serious vacation you went back only after a short time and stayed 5 months ...You see the thing is that when you get a visa ....you are watched and this time , their reasonable guess is that you will go back and either marry and leave  or marry and stay back ....they are not willing to have you do any of that so they decided to cancel it. ...if you ask me it should not be a big deal since you have a fiance. If you guys hurry with the K1 you might still get married this year in the states and this time you can stay back in the states which is not a bad deal....Good luck

Yes nothing definitely is wrong with that....but A year has 12 months in it right?.....She visited the US for 6 months and  then left for 6 months . then  she went back for another 5 months ....it only means in a year, she  spent more time in the US than she did in her home country....I just guess they are not just willing to give benefit of doubt

He was just here on February 2 to 10, 2019 and December 25, 2019 to January 3, 2020. And met my family and friends recently. I don't know what to do now if ever they revoked my B1/B2 which I plan to use on June 2020 to finally get married either in New Hampshire or Maine by the water. 😭💔

You can still get married in the US. However, it will now need to be with a K1. Unfortunately, no marriage based visa will likely be completed before the June 2020 time you want.

Options:

1. File K1 now and move wedding date until after your arrival.

2. Get married in the Philippines first. File Spousal visa. Have another wedding ceremony in Maine or New Hampshire after you arrive in the US.

3. Get married in a 3rd country where you and your spouse are able to visit. File spousal visa.

4. Re-apply for a B2. This is a long shot and the likelihood of you getting another B2 so soon is extremely low. But if you do end up getting another B2, play the lottery immediately!

Side note for anyone viewing this thread: Treat the B2 visa like it is a precious commodity that can be taken away at any time. Never take it for granted.

Word! like they say its a privilege.... not even a full one because you not guaranteed entry into the US with it....I advice OP not to take it too much to heart, just see it as a minor setback ...its still early in 2020 some of us haven't even put down our new year resolutions on paper yet :)

Your profile shows K-1, which is for a fiance/fiancee to marry in the US. Yet you planned to marry on a B1/B2 in July, and haven't filed for it (K-1) yet? o.O

~5 and 6 month trips are kinda overboard already. A B-1/B-2 requires non-immigrant intent, and that is demonstrated with strong ties back home. This is especially necessary with a young, single filipina (because of prior abuse).

It's hard to show you have those strong ties if you can leave for 5-6 months at a time, and now have a tie to the US (a USC fiance).

Edit: Did you have a job at the time of the interview or something, and no longer had it when the second visit came around?

Also, it might be worth checking that you were granted 6 months at both longer visits. It is common, but nothing is set in stone until they actually issue the I-94 (at POE). This is especially the case sometimes after a long stay that they may stamp it for less than 6 months.

Probably not the issue as I'm assuming you checked already, but worth pointing out just in case.

B1/B2 visas are definitely tricky and my guess is the state department doesn't have an overarching rule regarding when to revoke etc. but rather does it by the discretion of individual US embassies.

About 10 years ago, I worked for a US based company that would bring me here on a B1 visa for extended periods of time about 5 and half months, go back home for about 2 months and come right back for another 3 - 4 months, go back for 2 months and be back again for about 5 months etc. and this went on for about 3 years. Within a 3 year period, I had spent over 75% of my time in the US than in my home country. Knowing what I know now, I guess it could have been classified as visa abuse but state department never batted an eye. I guess the rule is perhaps different for B1 visas or if your 'guest' here is a large US software company. In as much as I was mostly here for business reasons, some of the things I did here could technically be classified as work but again, the US government doesn't seem to care and actually seems to have created this loophole for large IT companies to have their staff work on. It's VERY common than you think and all the major IT companies in silicon valley bring in several thousands of their global workforce to the US that way.

When it's an individual like the poster here, they raise all sorts of red flags and revoke your visa etc. Different strokes for different folks if you ask me.

20 years ago it was common for the big companies to bring in IT staff as visitors in the UK, 10 in a house and circulate them, I assume they did the same in the US. Both have been cracked down on.

Agreed, they've caught on to the abuse.

It’s pretty clear (to me at least) why your tourist visa was revoked; 5 or 6 months at a time is more living then visiting. Sorry to say but it sounds like you abused it and was rightfully revoked.  At least you were planning on marrying so he can either go visit you and marry then apply for cr1 or you can apply for k1 and marry in the states.
