I like to add a joint sponsor but doesnt allow me to upload the documents.  Do I need to submit any documents to let them allow it ? But I saw they suggest you to submit all the documents at the same time . Otherwise they will delay your process.  I need help with this . Anyone face this problem?

I am the petitioner do I need to proof of us citizenship AOS ?

Perhaps you cannot add a joint sponsor because you qualify on your own.  No, the petitioner does not submit evidence of US Citizenship at the NVC stage.  You did that with the I-130 already.

Did you click “add joint sponsor” on the home page of CEAC?

Yes , it says I have to add his i864 form and his passport.  But if I submit those 2 documents . And submit the other documents some other date they will consider that we made separate submissions and I am worried that they will delay the process .

Waiting to submit those is what will delay the process, not submitting things on separate dates. Just make sure that you have everything ready if you’re that worried about submitting two different days. Either way though when they review they will go by the newest submission date for everything
