Timeline

Hi everyone! I filed my husbands petition july 30th of 2018..as i looked up uscis priority date it is already at october 2018. Still did not get any news or approval from my petiton. Did anybody here From 2018 get approved yet? Just wondering.

Hello! Did you mean to say completely you have not heard back from USCIS or NVC? My priority date is May 2018. Now, I am waiting for NVC to review my docs and hopefully for the interview. Let me know yours maybe I can advice?

Hello. Thank u. Yes my pd is july 2018. California service f2a. Im petitioning my husband. Unfortunately until now i Have not gotten my NOA2. Emailed them last Dec and they replied that my paper is still under review. How oftern should i call them to make follow up? My anxiety level is now pretty high😅

Oh wait po, you called uscis or nvc?  
 

forgive my confusion sa noa1 and noa2 basta nakaka anxiety lang talaga mag antay haha!

Took me 1year 4 mos for USCIS to approved my case. I filed it in CA and got transferred to Texas 1 year and 3 mos. PD May 2018. Maybe, since My pd is ahead of you - you might be receiving the same timeline as mine. 
 

if you have a lawyer, They may call to follow up

 

if you filed it, please try calling them every week if lagpas ka na don sa nirereview nila per month.

Its been 1 yr and 6 months na pero wala pa rn.wala naman silang pinadala na papers if ever na transfer. Sabi mo may 2018 ka dba? Cge thank u, tatawag ako next week. Every week talaga? Heheh..

Oo May 2018 ako. Spouse of PR ka rin diba? Check mo Yung timetable nila kasi if lagpas na yung PD mo, need mo na talaga icheck. Huhu san ka sa US?

 Yes. Spouse of PR. Lagpas na sa time table nila. Kanina cheneck ko Nov 11, 2018 na. Binigyan ko lang ng kunti pang palugit. Baka kasi sa dami ng holidays nagka backlog pero next month sasagarin ko na ang call at email talaga pag wala pa akong natanggap na balita😅. Florida ako ngayon
