Has anyone had luck with the Mumbai Consulate? I spent nearly an hour last night trying to get to them but no luck. Busy signals and strange message that lead to nothing. I'm trying to find out of they got my approved petition yet.

2010-01-26: Check cashed

how did u check that your file is Delivered to Consulate according to DHL?? i wonder its not possible to check
