Question - (k-1 fiance visa) Once my fiance is here and married within our 90 days, then while waiting for the green card (or other docs to work/travel before green card) if I need to leave the country to travel for work, can I leave him?

It is strongly recommended that he submit his Adjustment of Status package within that same 90 days also.....

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

The USC can travel anywhere.

I get that it's a common name so it's likely a coincidence, but I know a Caitlin Kennedy with a UK SO. haha
