Happy New Year!

I am a permanent resident filling for my husband who is in USA. I submitted I-130 on 11/16/2018 and we got the NOA2 on 12/19/2018. We still have to submit the following forms. When is a good time to do it: while waiting those 30 days, as they required in NOA2, or after receiving their next letter? Thank you!

Even you just got approved for I-130( spouse of PLR), you have to wait until PD become current before you can submit AOS.

Sorry, the NOA2 was 12/19/2019.

From your timeline, NOA1 is on 11/16/2018( this is your PD). Base on Visa Bulletin you can submit the AOS package since the Visa Bulletin is current.

Visa bulletin is current for F2A. You can file I-485 as long it is current. Rumor is that F2A might have a cutoff date in the future so i wouldnt delay and file they right away. It is current for the month of Jan 2020

And what about the other forms I still have to submit? Can I submit it now, maybe just wait with the medical exam to make sure it will be still available when interwiew time?

You submit everything together in one mail. Yes you can file the forms with or without medicals. It is up to you.  if you dont submit medicals than you will have to take them during the interview
