Iv or NIV how to pay fees

I'm having issues with the appointment website,  we scheduled a appointment but theres no option to pay visa fees on the IV immigrant Visa side, on the NIV nonimmigrant visa part of the site it has an option to pay but not the classified  name of k1 visa as a option.   I don't understand they told me to make another account I tried it said that the user already has an account please help me I just want to pay for this thing and get it over with
