I130 on Nov/19 NowI129F?

Previously on Nov 2019 I applied online at the i130 for my husband and assigned Nebraska that is taking 12 to 16 months. Can I  fill up an i129f? They assign the same service center?

I have heard stories of folks filing the I129 with the I130, so sure, you can do that.

But they don’t send it to the same Services Center ? In my case is Nebraska . Thank you

I am not sure how it works exactly, but my understanding is that if there is an I129 and I130 both in process, they get combined.  Some folks have reported that this speeds up the processing, but that may not always be true.

I understand . I continue to review the experiences of those already in the two ways, because if they send the i129f to Nebraska, it would take 7 to 9 months that it is better than 12 - 16 months for the i130. Thank you for your comment

It's USCIS policy to adjudicate the I-130 and I-129F together.

I never knew this. I have an i-129f application in waiting to be adjudicated. Do you mean I one can get married while waiting and file i-130?

Slightly different scenario.  In the OPs case, they are already married, they did not fill out the I129 for a K1.  I think if you get married, the original I129 would be void.

No, an I129f for a K1 and an I129f for a K3 are not the same
