I need someone with experience to tell me. I really need answer what did they bring as a vaccination document

Just take anything you have to the medical.  The panel physician is going to determine what vaccinations are needed.  Usually it is 3 unless it if flu season.

Because in Bulgaria they want immunization paper that you should have years ago with every vaccine you had but I don't have this document , though I have every vaccine needed in my country. Can I go to my doctor and get a paper that says all the vaccines I have ?

Also in bulgaria we dont have the hepatitis A vaccine and this vaccine is listed in the letter i got from the embassy. Is it necessary to get it in the hospital? Because I heard that hepatitis A vaccine is not necessary

Normally the doctor at the medical will determine what vaccinations you need.  If one is unavailable, but needed, it will be noted at the exam.  You will normally not be required to get it at that time. You will receive a copy of the vaccination report.  You would just get it when you go to the US.

Yes go see your doctor or local public health clinic to see if they have a record of all your past vaccinations.  Some countries have better records than others.  When my husband was going through his US visa process in Brazil he had a document from the city health clinic that showed all of his previous vaccinations from his entire life since birth.  He took this record to his medical exam and they had him get two more vaccinations at a clinic near the doctor's office that he needed but didn't have on the record.  With no record they will likely require that you get everything done again or do a blood test to see which ones you need.  Good luck with your journey!
