Likely, yes.  The N400 is an opportunity for the IO to review your entire immigration file, and ask you any questions pertaining to that.  It's common to be asked about your (previous) marriage as the officer will want to ensure you received your initial greencard properly.   However, you cannot be denied the N400 solely based on your marital status.

Won't affect anything unless the child from another man was born during what would have been a "bonafide marriage" to your first  husband...then there may be a slight issue raised of whether or not your previous marriage was valid.  Other than that, no real relevance to your N400 other than the officer will be interested in whether you have been financially supporting the child (if the child doesn't live with you and is a minor).

Only relevant in terms of you meeting the good moral character requirement.  Meaning, the officer will be interested in whether you have been financially supporting the child since moving to the US (if the child is a minor).

I m not married to that man I m still divorced with ex husband

In some previous posts you mentioned having married again and wanting to sponsor that man.

If you are married then it is important to disclose that and update the officer during interview.
