Hi! I have my citizenship interview an oath  a week from today. I’d like to petition for my dad and my brother (his child) as soon as possible. My brother is 20 years old, will be 21 in 11 months. My question is: once I become a citizen, can I petition for my dad and his child (my brother) at the same time? Or can I only petition for my dad?

thanks in advance!!

You can petition IR5 for your dad, he can’t bring your brother as a derivative. You can petition F4 (long wait time) for your brother, or you dad can petition F2 for him once your dad has his green card, probably the faster route even though your brother will likely end up immigrating under F2B given he will probably be at or very close to 21 by the time your dad gets a green card.

You can have concurrent F4 petition from you and F2 from your dad running as well, just in case something happens to one petitioner, the other petition will stay active (not to be pessimistic, just protecting options)

I would petition for both of them in case something happens to your Dad during the waiting period.
