Hello members, I’m preparing my documents (waivers 601-212) and almost ready to send it off. I’m living in UK and was interviewed at London embassy and was wondering under what compelling circumstances can I submit my forms to London USCIS field office? The website says they make exceptions but was a bit worried if they feel my application is not an emergency to them. I’ve seen on here many have filed in UK!

If any members here was rejected for sending application to there local field office please can you let me know the reason? Or what are the possibilities that they will accept my application at London office?

Also what’s the update on process times currently? I called USCIS abc they said about a year! Wow 😮

I would appreciate any extra info regarding these waivers before I send it off? Best wishes to all who are waiting!
