Does anyone here have a filing date of 1/16 or earlier and didn’t get approved yet for EAD/AP? I see a lot of people with later dates have. Is this something to worry about or just business as usual, that things progress like this?

My filing date was 1/4/2020 and my EAD/AP is still pending and we are very concerned about it.  It’s still not too late for your filing date I think

My EAD/AP was approved 06/10 and I received the NOA a few days later in the mail but I still have not received the card. Not an issue for me as I am on an L1 visa but just wanted to let you guys know it could more than two weeks.

For our story, look at my profile.

Did you get your card in the meantime? How long did it take them for the NOAs exactly?

No, my experience with calling immigration in the past is they take forever to reach and do nothing for you so I didn’t bother. Is there anything useful they can do or tell me?

I totally understand. I haven't called them either. I know someone in the February forum called them they assured him they would help, but eventually it seemed to lead to a dead end. I was just inquiring to see if maybe you had better luck with them. I hope your EAD comes soon. I'm still waiting on my husband's to come through also.

Anyone from January still didn’t get their EAD/AP?

We are still waiting for my wife's EAD/AP. The NOA date for her I-765 was 1/6/2020 and the case will be Outside Normal Processing Time (6.5 months) in a few days and we will file for a Outside Normal Processing Time case . Also we requested to expedite processing EAD on 6/23/2020 but we haven't received any response yet.
