My NOA date was 1/6/2020 but I haven’t received any updates after the fingerprints update on 2/3/2020 and my EAD, AP is still pending. I tried to file out of date cace but it says up to 8 months wait time is normal. Is there anyone else that applied on December or early January with pending EAD, AP? And is there a way to get the updated status of the case?

EAD/AP can be processed without Finger prints. So i would say its just waiting now.

All the cases I checked here in visajourney timelines got approved for EAD in 146-152 days from the day that they applied. You are on day 148 and it’s still not late for you

Guys, quick question: When does NBC usually send the I-485 application to the local field office? EAD and AP got approved yesterday and I-485 has “ready to be scheduled for interview” status since April 9th. I would think, there is nothing more to do at the NBC, right? But how can you know, where your application is?

Which notification are you referring to? Where/how/from who did you get them?

On the Lawfully app, yesterday I got a notification that my EAD card was being produced, today both EAD and AP are showing as approved. 😊

Uscis website says the same.

Incase anyone who filed in January is worried, I filed in October did fingerprints twice, got my EAD months and months ago and haven’t heard a single thing since. This was all a bit before the pandemic. I’ve called them a bunch of times and they even admitted my case is taking longer than it should. I’ve had status reverse from ready to be scheduled to fingerprints added and I think that caused a problem.

I am calling every few days for an update. Sometimes they “Send a request to see what’s going on” or something along those lines but it never yields anything. My case is at the NBC...

Anyways, from my perspective everyone here is doing phenomenal as you all filed a couple months after me.

What exact numbers did you call? I filed in February for my husband. Our status has said "Case Ready to Be scheduled for interview" since April. We haven't heard anything or gotten an EAD. We weren't sure if we should call the national benefits center to check on the EAD, or the local field status to check on when they will finally schedule our interview.
