Hello all, I am so glad to have found the correct thread. So I mailed my parents i130 w i485 Aos January 14, 2020, my parents cases were updated online just yesterday to ' ready to be scheduled for interview'.  I am still waiting for the notice in the mail. What possible questions are they going to ask my parents, so I could give them a heads up to calm their nerves and excitement. Thank you.

Hey, I dont have that answer but I just want to say congratulations!!!! your case was super fast thats awesome!!!!!! I filed for mom and dad last year the I-130, my dad came to visit with his tourist visa on january 2020 and now he cant return to Colombia because the aiport is closed due to covid 19, so i am doing all the paperwork to adjust his status, you may me ask you what did you sent with your parents like documents, forms...I appreciate that..

thank you :)

Hi guys,

compared to previous days, not much movement on the EAD-horizon today :(  Are there any January filers that already got their EAD (without expedition)? Feeling a bit disillusioned...the EAD issuance speed of the last days seemed so promising!

Thank you. I filed on January while my parents tourist visa will expire March. I submitted my birth cert, copy i94 arrival/departure card, copy of their passport page, copy of tourist visa, affidavit of support, tax transcripts, pay stubs, marriage cert for both of my parents, 2x2picture, except for the i693 (medical exam part) for both petitions. So I got an rfe last month for my father's case only, they needed his vaccination form and medical exam (civil surgeon) and my marriage cert. Once USCIS received those Rfe docs 2days ago, my parents case status changed to ' ready to be scheduled for interview'. I am still waiting for the actual notice in the mail though. Good luck to all January AOs filers.

Today my status for EAD changed to New Card is being produced. Finally!!! 🎉🎉 Status for AP didn’t change yet. How long does it take until the card is in my hand?

it only changes on 1 document.  two days for card production status change  and than 3 days for usps mail to arrive.  (  working days)
