Paid fees (IV and AoS fees), submitted affidavit of Support documents and financial evidence, DS-260, civil documents back in early November. Got the first reply from NVC today. It states that "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and nvc.state.gov/ceac."    I don't understand how this is the case because we have submitted what they asked for. Also, each part shows either PAID or SUBMITTED. There is no link or options to upload any more files/documents on CEAC. What do I do at this point? I've tried calling them but can't get through. I've emailed them today but it may take a month or so for them to reply.

Can you tell us what documents you have submitted? That may lead more insight into what may need to be done. As for calling them, you just have to keep calling back to back, until it rings. Once it rings, stay on the line to go through the robo-menu, then after you finish going through that you'll get put on hold (for about an hour or so) until you can be put on line with a rep. You may even need to call back to back 20+ times to get it to ring. Once it rings, don't hang up, even if you hear a robot voice because that's just the menu you need to do to get through

You can likely submit more docs even the required ones under additional docs. Just note it properly

I am able to add more docs even after DQ.

well got off the phone with the agent. so basically it was a glitch in their system. It was showing that they didn't receive my financial documents and that they were waiting for it. but then he looked deeper into our case and found that they did in fact receive it. He said he's never seen that before and will bring it up with his supervisor. He will also try to get us in line according to our original submit date rather than today.

1.5hrs on hold lol. worth it tho
