Hi, does anyone knows Immigration phone number where we can call according to our case? I'm WAC and my 18 months expired soon and still nothing. No updates at all. I called many times but I can't speak to the agent. Thank you

Hi Momoejin. I'm not aware of any phone number other than the toll free number listed at uscis.gov (800-375-5283). It can definitely be frustrating trying to reach a human being using the automated system, though. We've had luck in the past saying "schedule an appointment" or "reschedule an appointment" or "make an appointment." Hope you're able to get in touch with someone, and good luck!

I'm sorry to hear that 😞

We've had trouble in the past getting through to a human being on the phone support line, but we've always managed to get to someone with enough persistence and some combination of those phrases I mentioned above. One of the agents I spoke to said to try whatever you could to get through -- doesn't matter if it has anything to do with your actual support request, they'll assist you once you're connected.

Edit: you could also try saying "I don't have a case number." I think we had some success with that before.

My interview is done this Tuesday, 18th. The interview was short, went for 5 minutes. Asked few basic questions and at the end officer said that they will let me know if any further documents are required and said have a good day.

The case status is not updated yet. I know that USCIS has 120 days to update but I noticed most of the cases are approved in 1-2 days. Hopefully, I get something from USCIS in next 1-2 weeks. If not, can I reach out to them or is 120 days wait mandatory to raise SR or call them ?

In which office? If lasted only 5 minutes, you guys should be good, I feel.

Dallas office. Mine is waiver, officer don't know about it. VO asked me why my spouse was not there and I said I am divorced. Asked divorce date, reason for divorce, address when divorced, do we have any kids together and current address. That's all. I submitted lots of documentation. Hopefully, officer goes through it soon and approve. If my case status doesn't change next week too, I might start worrying :(
