Hi guys 
 
Please note that my wife is a US citizen that has been living in lebanon all her life. Last year we started the process of immigration to the USA via marriage.
 
After getting approval of our i130 our case moved to the NVC were they are currently checking our financial and civil documents. As my wife is my petitioner she was required to sign an affadavit of support (i864) this mandated that she travel to the USA and reestablish domicile there. She has been in the US for two month now and she has opened a bank account, started a job, paid taxes, and got her drivers license.
 
The next step is for my case to be transferred to the US embassy in lebanon for me to attend an interview. My question is this: having already reestablished domicile in the US, can my wife return to lebanon and stay here with me until my interview is over( this could be two month from now) the reason she wants to come to Lebanon is because she misses me and nothing else.
 
Your assistance is greatly appreciated as no one is able to answer me for some reason.
