Normally, the medical takes 2 days to get it done: 1st day doing all the tests and going through the entire process and 2nd day for the results and immunization. But if the applicant got some problems with his/her tests and needs to repeat it, that will be the reason why it will take few more days to finish it. As for the result, St. Lukes forwards it to embassy. The things that the applicant will have on the second day of her physical are the X-ray film and vaccination record, again, that is if everything goes well with the medical exam.

Yes...you need to stay 1 to 2 days, when you go to your medical today you can get ya result tomorrow.
