Can't believe it has actually happened! Thank you guys for being so open and supportive during this process. Honestly it gets so exhausting venting about it to friends and family who don't fully understand the struggle. You all have kept me sane!!

I know it is very frustrating, its been almost 13 months since I started the process and USCIS approved my petition in august and did not send it to NVC until October end almost 2 and half months for no reason. It is so frustrating to see people who applied after me already with scheduled interview,  don't get me wrong I am happy for them,  but at time like this when you have to wait for 8 weeks or more for them to check your documents, when it could have only taken 4 had they sent everything on time it hurts.

Hi guys,

question about tax transcripts vs. 1040 and W-2’s.

i have my transcripts for the tax’s years of 2017 and 2018 but would like to use my 2019 taxes as well, I will be filling 2019 taxes this week, and will only have the 1040 form and W-2s for the 2019 Tax year.

Has anyone used both tax transcripts and 1040 with W-2’s for multiple years?

Or should i just upload 2019 only 1040 and W-2. I make over the 125% poverty line and am using the I-864ez.  I hope that makes sense. Thanks for any help!

provided their is only one beneficiary, you can use 2017/2018 transcripts and w2/1040 for 2019 and 864ez... just be sure to seperate the files by document type/year and upload under relevant tab

Ours has been sitting on a supervisors desk for two weeks now and still nothing.. it could be that they still ask us to upload the same document again and wait for its review.. again 😤

on a side note, we did get confirmation that resubmitted documents go back to the back of the review line where they re-review all documents submitted, even those previously accepted.. guess we now know why it takes so damn long.

Means courts over ruled previous halt on policy implementation and that you now need to prove you’ll not become a public liability and have health cover within 30 days of arrival or will be denied your green card

I think pp9945 is still blocked. It's a separate Presidential proclamation.
