Every DQ is source of happiness for me. One less case stuck at NVC 😂

I feel like NVC making these kind of mistakes is a big reason their backlog keeps on growing. They want to hold on to cases and not move them forward 🤣

That’s so nice 🙏

i feel the same lol

Hey everyone. I’m submitting everything tomorrow. I was thinking I’d hear back mid-March. Does this seem like a realistic expectation?

Currently NVC is processing cases submitted 62 days ago. Late March - early April is more realistic.

I have one question, how do you guys are calling NVC. Whenever I call at 603-334-0700, I always get a automated voice saying all customer reps are busy and call get hanged up after that. How do you guys are getting a hold NVC customer service representative?

Hey,

The voice message is different when you get through. I called about 8-12 times in a row before I got a different one (literally hang up, call again within like 10 minutes)!!! He will say something like "select your language"! Good luck.

Wow! Congratulations! I sent mine December 5. No news til now. Called nvc they just told me to wait :( how can I convince them to help me like your case?

I am not sure how nvc works but i guess it depends on the country as well. When i use to call nvc before my documents got accepted, they told me the same thing to wait.

but when my document got accepted and i got no dq email then only they were even ready to listen to me .

hang in there :) god bless you

I'm having the 'Runtime Error' issues since yesterday with CEAC website. I've tried it with 3 different devices, with chrome, safari, Firefox - and in incognito. all are giving me the Runtime Error when I try to attempt payment for AOS or IV. Very frustrating. I read there browser requirements and it notes that the site works with a 'variety of internet browsers' but is 'best' supported by Internet Explorer, which is really proving how they're keeping up with the times. I'm using all apple products at the moment and can't download IE-

I was curious if anyone within the last few days has been able to pay their fees and which browser they used?

maybe wait few hours and try to reconnect at the time there is less people connected . Maybe he is saturated .

Yes, I think waiting is the only thing I can do at this point! As we all know, waiting is the hardest part for this whole process!

I see you were just DQ'd, congratulations!

You need to debug some things on their websites. Because there are certain bugs that's messing up with it. It's what my Dad did when we were filling out all forms. He figured it out because he is a computer genius. You can try doing the same thing too. I hope this helps.
