WHOO HOOO!!!!

Just received our email with our interview schedule!

Interview Scheduled For FEB 07 2020 @ Manila.

We'll probably reschedule because we want to both be present (apparently they allow this in Manila,) so I'll keep everybody updated.

VERY NERVOUS, BUT HAPPY, TOO!

NVC All Docs Submitted: NOV 15 2019

NOA2: SEP 12 2019

NOA1: MAR 13 2019

I am kinda stressing out here. I got a RFE on Nov 23 2019. NVC asked for the new scan of my marriage certificate and front page of my wife's passport. I submitted these documents on NOV 27 2019. I havent heard back yet. Its been more than a month. I am wondering If I did something wrong.  I just uploaded the documents and hit the submit button.

I tried calling NVC on 603-334-0700 but I always get an electronic voice that all customer representatives are busy and call gets hung up.

Any advises?

quick question all,

receieved DQ email for my cases last Monday on Jan 6.

When i log into CEAC, i still have the message that says Documentarilly Qualified,  however on my spouses application, the civil documents now show "incomplete"  and under the required documents, the Police Certificate has been changed to "missing"

This was showing as "accepted" before....

so do I have a problem, or can I safely ignore this as maybe a glitch?

IR1/CR1 and IR2/CR2 important dates:

Country:/Embassy: Kyiv, Ukraine

USCIS : Texas Service Center

NOA1: Feb 6 2019

NOA2: Aug 8, 2019

NVC Case#: Oct 10, 2019

NVC DQ:  Jan 6, 2020

Interview letter: Jan 23, 2020

Hi everyone, I have a question. When submitting pay stubs for previous months, should I upload each pay stub as a separate PDF file or merge all of them into one file?

I only submitted one pay stub, but if i had submitted more then i would have done so in different pdf files to avoid any problems! but maybe someone else can give you better advise
