Yes even though it says accepted it’s still not DQ since they requested that additional doc. Only once they review and approve the additional doc will you get DQ. All our documents got accepted too but because they requested an additional document we have to wait all over again with no DQ yet. If you go under where you had to submit the additional doc you’ll see that that doc says “submitted” even though on home page it says “accepted”, it’s the sam on ours too but we’re not DQ because of that one requested document

C'mon you should just tell me what i wanted to hear,

Just kidding.

Thanks and good luck to all of us.

Does anyone know how to check how long an embassy takes to schedule and interview?

You can go to the embassies web site, but most I think only show the actual calendar for availabke interviews for non-immigration... with ref to immigration appointment it’s just a day range e.g. allow 30-90 days

AOS Journey

  • I-485 etc filed 23 April 2020
  • NOA1 I-485 June 3 2020
  • NOA1 EAD 23 April 2020
  • Biometrics 5 Jan 2021
  • EAD approved 12 March 2021
  • Interview Completed 24 March 2021
  • EAD Card Received 1 April 2021
  • Case under review 2 April 2021
  • New Card is Being Produced 25 September 2021
  • 10 Year Green Card Approved and Mailed 27 September 2021 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

you can check here. not every user has their information on the spreadsheet but it helps to give you an idea of how long it takes from DQ to interview from those who do get their info there.

Does anyone know if I need to submit the tax transcript for the past 3 years? I submitted tax returns and transcripts for 2018 and 2017 but for 2016 I only submitted the return (no transcript available).

I think only the most recent year is required. In your case, it is 2018. If you want to submit 2016 tax returns to support your case, I think you need to include W2 along with it as well.

The recent tax transcript is the most important and must upload at the required documents. I think that was okay,as long as you submmitted 2018 Tax transcript. Just upload the 2016 return under additional documents. Goodluck and God bless.

I got an email that my case had been updated and when I logged in I had to view the message on CEAC to see what they needed
