They didn’t approve my husbands birth certificate 🙄 because it was a short form.. even though it had been used for my U.K. spousal visa, husbands US student visa.. and through the i130 stage.... so had to order the long form and upload that. Ridiculous

Ah ok , they pick on everything 😅, hoping all my docs get accepted

Oh my! Over 7 weeks and no response so far. When I entered the NVC Filers - November forum I didn't imagine I would be in January and even less that I could stay months in this process until they were satisfied with the ducuments. How frustrating that waiting in total silence is. It reaches a point where I would even prefer a second submission to total silence. It's not easy to stay calm but we will make it!! My country is Brazil. I hope to hear news this week :bonk: :blush:

it took mour documents for 8 whole weeks just to hear so hope you should hear soon as will. I still had to re sbumit our few documents so longer wait. and now we have nvc expedite reviewing our case and hope it gets approved!!!!!

USCIS - FILING FOR I-751 (CR1)

May 21st 2022 : package sent (with Fedex / Delivered on May 23rd) 

May 27th 2022: case received with Receipt # (NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER)

May 31st 2022: NOA received. I-797 (24months extension)

June 11th 2022: NOA for a Biometrics appointment (set for June 30th - need to reschedule it - not in the US on that day! 😱)

June 14th 2022: walk in at the Center - all went well. Biometrics done!

December 8th 2022: Received a Notice of Action. I-751 APPROVED! 🎉

December 10th 2022: New GreenCard received in the mail 🥳
