I’m not sure if the marriage certificate is really needed, I just submitted it the first time under both our document sections just in case. I don’t think it’s a requirement though

NVC asked for our marriage certificate under civil documents even though it was provided to USCIS with the initial petition..

they didn’t ask me (beneficiary) a single question about my employment history.. so it can’t worry them too much

Hi i have a question-  i ( beneficiary )changed my job after i submitted the ds 260-  do  you know how do i have to update that?

Dosent matter... you’ll be giving up your job at some point anyway... they only care that you have a history of being employed and about petitioners ability to support you at this stage..

My case was created Nov 1st and I just got the case creation letter in the mail at my home in Mexico 😅🤷‍♀️

Also we had the saddest new years week after my sister in law passed away unexpectedly at the age of 34.

Everyone please remember we are only human and try to relax while waiting for your DQ. Every day we get to wake up is already a gift.

Just got 2 emails saying we got DQ.

Is NVC monitoring these threads or what? The threat of me calling every other day  must have got them to press the "APPROVE"! or perhaps good lord up above heard my prayers.

Good luck everyone!

👏💃 Congratulations, so happy for you

Hello VJ families, i am filling my DS-260 form now, and i am asked if i have documentation  to establish that i have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S law... it's a yes or No answer, I'm confused because i am yet to do my medicals ... should i just click yes anyway. Since it will still be done. Thanks for your response

I selected no for my wife. I put this in the explanation, "The applicant is in the process of reviewing vaccination records and will obtain the required vaccinations on or before the date of the medical exam."
